Main Responsibilities
– take full ownership of financial reporting, including PL, CF, Balance Sheets, Budgeting and forecasting, and oversee the accuracy and strategic value of financial reports
– build, mentor, and lead the finance team to ensure process efficiency and succession planning
– identify opportunities for financial process automation and lead their implementation to increase efficiency
– collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to unify financial terminology and provide a clear financial picture
– lead profitability analysis for projects and accounts, offering actionable insights
– manage and ensure consistency in financial processes and policies across all departments, with a focus on cost optimization
– monitor key financial metrics and identify opportunities for strategic improvement
– act as a key point of contact for auditors, banks, and financial institutions
– ensure timely and accurate preparation of all financial reports for stakeholders and audits
– manage banking relationships and oversee payment processes
Mandatory Requirements
– experience in financial leadership roles (Head of Finance, Financial Director, Deputy Financial Director, CFO) – at least 5 years
– experience in IT outsourcing – at least 3 years, with a deep understanding of the industry’s specifics (contracts, project profitability analysis, international clients, financial optimization)
– experience and knowledge with audit reporting (EU); interaction with auditors on reporting preparation
– experience and knowledge in preparing PL, CF, Balance, Budgeting and forecasting
– confident knowledge of financial and management accounting principles
– English B2+ (communication with auditors, banks, clients)
– higher education (finance, economics, accounting and auditing)
– projects and accounts profitability analysis
– providing insights into the financial health of the organization
– looking for cost-reduction opportunities
– strong leadership and communication skills to guide the team and align financial strategies with company goals
