Role Overview
As a Recruiter at K Line Europe, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our company by attracting and retaining top talent across various international locations: Germany, USA, UK, Spain, Egypt, etc
Your expertise in managing the full recruitment lifecycle and utilizing modern recruitment technologies will be essential in building a strong candidate pipeline.
Core Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers across various departments in Germany, Portugal, USA, UK, Egypt, and other international locations to understand specific talent needs and establish job requirements.
- Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to source and attract high-caliber candidates for both regular employees and freelance positions. Linkedin, Indeed, Monster, other popular job sites.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including online job boards, professional networks, and employee referrals, to build a strong candidate pipeline.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: from gathering job requirements, crafting job descriptions, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending offers to efficient and positive On-Boarding.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and recruitment technologies.
- Maintain and utilize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) - Zoho Recruit - to efficiently manage the recruitment process and candidate data
- Assist Global HR Director in developing and implementing Best HR Practices: OnBoarding, One to One meetings, Appraisal Reviews, eNPS, Training & Development, HR reporting, ets
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in global recruitment, preferably within an international company.
- Good knowledge of global recruitment tools: Linkedin, Indeed, Monster, other popular job posting web sites across the world
- Proven track record of successfully filling multiple positions within a short timeframe from Middle Management to line positions.
- Strong understanding of the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to offer.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers at all levels.
- Fluency in English, with additional languages a plus.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Zoho Recruit.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and prioritize effectively.
- Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a results-oriented mindset.
