- Leadership Experience: At least 1 year of leadership experience in sales (B2B or B2C). Experience in logistics is a plus.
- Marketing Knowledge: A solid understanding of basic marketing principles and strategies.
- Proactive & Results-Oriented: You must be self-motivated and driven by results.
- High Responsibility & Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver under pressure.
- Experience in Recruitment or Sales: A proven track record of managing recruitment or sales efforts.
- Bonus Points: Experience in logistics or familiarity with CRM systems and marketing tools. Hands-on experience developing and executing marketing campaigns. Knowledge of the U.S. market is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and Inspire: Manage and motivate a sales and marketing team to achieve ambitious goals. Sales Leadership: Drive sales strategies and recruitment efforts, leveraging your experience to manage and grow customer relationships. Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies, using data to assess performance and optimize campaigns. Customer Engagement: Connect with potential customers and partners, build relationships, and increase customer satisfaction. Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze KPIs and other data to steer business decisions and continuously improve processes. Adaptability: Respond quickly to market changes and business needs in a fast-paced environment. Additionally: We are working only with Time Doctor!
What We Offer: Salary: $900/month during the probation period; $1000/month after, with monthly bonuses averaging $500. Full-Time Remote Role: Work from anywhere!
