We are looking for a Retention Team Lead to take ownership of launching and driving customer retention initiatives for a new brands. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills, who can effectively collaborate across departments to deliver impactful results.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Take full responsibility for launching the retention strategy for a new brand, including creating and implementing trigger chains and gamification tailored to the brand's unique features.
- Create innovative retention campaigns that enhance customer loyalty and engagement.
- Lead and mentor a team of CRM Managers, providing guidance on trigger setup, gamification, and bonus program execution.
- Coordinate with design, copywriting, and development teams to ensure seamless execution of retention initiatives.
- Act as the central point of communication to align retention strategies with overall business goals.
- Analyze the effectiveness of retention campaigns, using data insights to refine strategies and improve customer engagement.
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring transparency and alignment on retention plans and progress.
WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE
- Proven experience in customer retention, CRM, or related fields, preferably in iGaming or similar industries.
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
- Expertise in CRM systems and gamification tools (e.g., Smartico, Customer).
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal (English proficiency required, Intermediate or higher).
- Project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering results within deadlines.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and adaptability to changing market conditions.
