We are looking for a dynamic and creative Junior SMM Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing engaging content strategies across our social media platforms, particularly Instagram, Twitter (X), and Telegram. A strong understanding of modern communication styles, particularly within the gambling and cryptocurrency sectors, is essential. HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
- Develop and implement content plans for various formats (feed, stories, Reels) on Instagram, Twitter (X), and Telegram, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and target audience.
- Independently write high-quality, engaging copy that resonates with the community and stays true to the brand's voice.
- Perform basic moderation by monitoring comments and interactions, responding where necessary to build a strong, engaged online community.
- Stay up-to-date on trends and developments in the gambling and cryptocurrency industries, incorporating relevant insights into the content strategy.
- Generate creative ideas for brand communication and support the development of special projects aimed at driving engagement and brand awareness.
- Conduct regular analysis of social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of content strategies, adjusting tactics where needed to improve performance.
WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE:
- Active and experienced user of Twitter (X), Instagram, and Telegram, with a passion for creating social media content.
- Proficiency in written English, with a strong command of modern, slang-based language (B2/C1 level).
- A sense of humor and the ability to create and share engaging, on-brand memes.
- Knowledge and interest in the gambling and cryptocurrency sectors.
