What You'll Do:
- Oversee financial and managerial accounting, ensuring accuracy and actionable insights for management.
- Analyze complex business data using advanced techniques to extract valuable financial insights.
- Deliver ad hoc financial analyses and reports to guide management decisions.
- Monitor and manage cash flows from customer funds processed by various payment providers, resolving issues and optimizing processes.
- Support the preparation of statutory financial statements, ensuring compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in managerial accounting and financial reporting, especially in dynamic business environments.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and business intelligence tools for data analysis and reporting.
- Experience in the fintech/crypto industry or background in BIG4 companies.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
- A proactive mindset and a passion for continuous learning and growth.
- English proficiency at B1+ to navigate an international work environment.
