Modern technology company is seeking a skilled and proactive Content Manager to join their Product team and take charge of developing and maintaining company`s online platform. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage WordPress-based content, oversee translations into multiple languages, and ensure seamless publishing across websites, user areas, and help centers. Your expertise will be pivotal in delivering a top-notch user experience and supporting their global audience.
Responsibilities
- Updating and publishing textual and multimedia content across the website, сlient portal, and help center using WordPress and other tools, ensuring consistency and quality across all platforms.
- Organizing and managing translation and localization processes for various regions and languages, ensuring cultural relevance and linguistic accuracy.
- Sourcing, hiring, and managing local native translators through platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, or similar while optimizing costs and maintaining high-quality output.
- Streamlining translation expenses and maintaining detailed reports on expenditures.
- Leveraging AI tools to enhance the efficiency of translation processes and content creation workflows.
- Ensuring content aligns with SEO best practices to improve visibility and performance across search engines.
- Crafting clear and user-friendly interface texts in English for various digital platforms.
- Partnering with designers, product managers, and marketers to deliver and maintain high-quality content across all user-facing platforms.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience working within online-focused companies, ideally within CFD/payments or gambling industries.
- Proficiency in English at a minimum B2 level (both spoken and written), with the ability to write clear and user-friendly interface texts.
- Professional-level experience with WordPress, including managing and publishing multimedia content.
- Experience with translation management platforms such as CrowdIn, Localazy, Phrase, Smartling, or POEditor, and knowledge of translation and localization processes for diverse regions and languages.
- Familiarity with freelance platforms (e.g., Upwork, Fiverr) to source, hire, and manage remote translation teams effectively.
- Ability to leverage AI tools to optimize translation processes and content creation workflows.
- Strong knowledge of SEO best practices to ensure content is optimized for visibility and performance.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience in managing content for international markets, including websites, client portals, and help centers.
- Financial acumen to optimize translation costs and maintain detailed reporting of expenses.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as designers, developers, and marketers, to deliver high-quality content across all platforms.
