General Requirements:
- Academic background
- 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer care
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical, research, and business documentation skills
- Passion for resolving challenging tasks and achieving ambitious goals
- Ability to deliver outputs within challenging deadlines
- Self-confident and proactive
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Ukrainian
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and database management
- Social media skills, particularly as a confident LinkedIn user, would be an advantage
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect for new clients through networking, advertising, or other lead generation methods
- Approaching and acquiring new members in Ukraine and on European & global markets
- Research and build relationships with new clients
- Manage the activities for business development of the Association and its extraterritorial presence
- Analyze and monitor the market
- Grow and retain existing accounts by presenting new solutions and services to clients
- Develop new methods for business development and promotion of the Association’s services
- Plan approaches and pitches
