• Participation in LEAD Conference 2022 – work with K-C speakers and participants, materials preparation, promotion within the company.
• Organized online EMEA International Women’s Day – panel discussion with senior leaders and 400+ participants.
• Received support from region for Ukrainian team – no staff reduction, additional material assistance for everyone, regular salary increases, EAP, tax compensation.

ACHIEVEMENTS:

• Successfully acting as HR Manager for Ukraine & Central Europe and Turkey (Combining two roles of HR Generalist for UA&CE and HR Manager for Turkey and UA&CE during maternity leave of current HR manager)
• Leading the Payroll project for Turkey (Due to global HR Transformation payroll provider was changed in Turkey from local to global. Project includes data transfer, personal files transfer, information check, leading of all processes related to the project, being a point of contact between project team and local finance and leadership teams. Project also included a part of HR Ops procedures and local contract signing as well as communication with employees)
• Leading the Payroll project for Ukraine (the same scope)
• HR transformation implementation on time in full

The work includes three main focuses:

1. Manage payroll process for the country
2. Ensure compliance in personnel administration and management
3. Responsibility for controls and HR audits
4. Counseling managers and employees on HR related queries

ACHIEVEMENTS:

• 2015-2017 Successfully acting as HR Business Service coordinator on a regional level - providing support as a main point of contact between Global Team and HR Leads in 52 countries within the EMEA region in annual salary review and bonus payment process. Including documentation maintenance, monthly regional HR reporting and providing support with solving issues
• 2018 Leading the HR Transformation project within the country - implementation of new HR system Workday instead of SAP.

• Developing of a training program on HR Administration for retail staff as well as conducting educational webinars
