It recruiter Kyiv, Ukraine Result-oriented, self-driven and proactive IT researcher with working experience in IT Product Company. I am responsible for:

- Sourcing candidates using a variety of channels (LinkedIn, Djinni, DOU, Work.ua, robota.ua);

- CV screenings and interviews with candidates, creating a "candidates' talent pool" and maintaining contact with them;

- Post job vacancies and search for a wide range of IT professionals;

- Monitoring the publication of vacancies on all resources;

- Participate in the creation of vacancies texts;

- Being in touch with the candidates, providing timely feedback and building a base;

- Conducting a reference check on the final hiring stage with the candidate;

- Preparing job-offer and approving it with the hiring manager;

- Writing hiring process weekly reports;

- Conducting a hiring process analytics;

- Working with hiring managers, market research/salary market analysis. Also took part in organization of recruitment and technical interviews. Have expertise with closing IT/non-IT position.

- Leading the full-cycle candidate selection and recruitment process for a broad range of open positions, including candidate searching, interviewing, and preparing job offers;

- Building a strong HR brand, communicating corporate culture and values to the team and community as a whole;

-Selection of personnel for company in Kiev and regions;

- Reviewing CVs and applications for pre-shortlisting selection and choosing the appropriate candidates for the initial interview;

- Scheduling and conducting initial interviews with prospective hires;

- Conducting telephone interviews;

- Closing of vacancies both in Kiev and throughout Ukraine;

- Managing interview schedules and providing hiring managers with regular vacancy updates and information about candidates;

- Providing candidates with feedback, preparing and sending offer packages or rejection letters, gathering references;

- Developing a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need;

- Providing on-boarding support for new comers and their hiring managers.

- Selection of teachers to prepare students for international exams (IELS, SAT);

- Scheduling classes;

- The conclusion of contracts;

- Sourcing and recruiting candidates by using professional networks, databases, job boards, social media, and through referrals;

- Monitoring the labor market;

- Organization of a meeting of the head of the company with the selected candidates;

- Implementing local development of the corporate HR policy;

- Taking care of the talent acquisition and talent management;

- Assessment applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and capabilities.

- Selection and recruitment of candidates for open positions;

- Placement and updating of vacancies on the Internet and on the Media;

- Screening candidates resumes and job applications;

- Conduction interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools and methods;

- Appointments interviews for jobseekers and applicants appraisal;

- Control the correctness and timelines of the fulfilment of the tasks set up to the employees of the department.
