Summary
For 3+ years I’ve been providing a full-cycle recruitment process starting with preparing hiring maps for hiring managers to leading the candidate throughout the recruitment process until signing the offer. I communicated with hiring managers and the international clients of the companies I worked for. I closed different positions from junior to senior level both technical and non-technical. Also, I held some HR processes (onboarding, 1-to-1 meetings, event planning, and coordination). I I was a part of L&D department (conducting soft skills trainings, presentations, held communication with representatives of educational institutions). I am eager to apply my experience and professional skills to solve new, complex tasks. At my new job, I am hoping to grow professionally, as well as develop myself and meet new people.
