Full life cycle recruitment process (from the understanding of vacancy’s requirements, sourcing of candidates, interviewing candidates to negotiating potential offers)

· Full recruitment cycle (pre-screening, phone interviews, face-to-face interviews, extending of job offers, and following until onboarding takes place)
· Searching and establishing business connections with potential candidates
· Proactive coordination with departments for interviews
· Web site career page administration
· Add and manage candidates in Applicant Tracking System· Develop consultative relationships with internal stakeholders and key hiring managers
· Collaboration with other departments regarding hiring, relocation, etc.
· Providing feedback about candidates based on interview impressions· Searching candidates using different search methods
· Co-organizing technical and PR events
· Spoken level of English - Intermediate High
