As the Product Owner for an NDA-protected startup project, I overseed the development of an MVP for a Marketplace catering to EU freelancers. Key objectives included refining user onboarding, optimizing freelancer-client matching, and general marketplace functionality. Despite budget limitations, successfully delivered a functional prototype showcasing core features. The project was discontinued due to funding constraints.

As a Product Owner, I was responsible for communicating with stakeholders, the team, and customers. A significant aspect of my responsibilities involved defining the product vision, backlog items, and product requirements. Set clear, detailed tasks and frequently conducted final tests before production release.
I actively contributed to defining the product strategy at strategic sessions with founders and management. Also, conducted regular competitor/market analyses. Held numerous interviews with clients to develop propositions by identifying customer pain points and growth opportunities.
Some achievements:

• Created a value proposition, positioning, and differentiation from the competition that the company continues to use to date.

• Built and mentored customer success team from scratch. Achieved a high reaction speed at requests, along with a high customer satisfaction score with non-technical support.

• I implemented a feature that significantly reduced customers' bandwidth costs, sometimes by up to 25%.

• Designed and implemented an internal tool that helped support team to reduce their time spent on DMCA complaints processing time from 2-4 hours a day to 1 hour at peak load.

I was engaged in all business processes to create a digital system to cover/automate company’s business need and functions. The system includes modules: billing(orders, invoices, payments,products/services management, stock management, statistics and reports), CRM (customer information and support), client area(self-service customer portal), website/ ecommerce (own CMS and billing integration).

Responsibilities:
