? Active search for candidates by using different sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Djinni, Google X-ray, job portals, etc.) and building a pipeline
? Reviewing resumes for requirements and pre-screening of candidates via Zoom/ phone
? Organizing technical and conducting HR interviews;
? Preparing and negotiating offers with Hiring Managers and candidates
? Supporting and communicating with the candidates until the first day

? Providing statistical and analytical information about the recruitment process
