HR department management: recruitment, personnel administration, safeguarding and investigations, performance management.

Building a national human resources strategy (gender equality, veteran-friendly policies, inclusiveness, perfomance appraisal system, etc.)

Optimization of operetional processes through the creation of policies and CoPs, as well as through digitization (implementation of electronic document management, chatbots, HRIS).

Building an external HR brand through cooperation with other organizations.

•HR processes leading and supporting (Cross check the completeness of individuals staff files, Support staff with any issues may occur related to their leaves, Carry over balances’ management, New staff documentation and creating personnel files, Carry out personnel files audit, End of contract tracker, Employment and experience letters, Labor and Service Agreements, Follow up on Job description revision for staff);

•Development and optimization HR SoPs;

•Provide guidance on HR related systems and processes including but not limited to Employement Contracts, Position Management, Performance Management, Benefits and Entitlements consistent with rules and procedures.

•Lead the Comp & Ben function (Create and approve salary for JO, Staff list management, Payroll management - National staff (labor, service agreements), Allowances management (Acting Up, Additional responsibility, Relocation, Hardship), Leaves management, Job evaluation process, Analize SCI Policies regarding comp & ben and advise improvements for SCI Ukraine

•Optimization of the HR document\personal files management process

- Management of the HR department (3 branches, 3 subordinates);

- Optimization of HR processes (recruitment and adaptation process, personnel administration process, personnel evaluation and development process);

- Support in transformation processes and introduction of structural changes.

- Management of corporate culture and HR brand (team building, corporate events);

- Management of the Comp&Ben function (regular salary reviews and compensation packages, KPIs);

- Analysis and optimization of the organizational structure, participation in the optimization of business processes;

- HR budget planning and implementation;

- Drawing up and maintenance of the HR paper flow related to the employment (hiring, termination, transfers, vacations etc) following the requirements of the Labour Code

• Ensuring adherence to relevant labor law;
• Driving and coordinating of the HR paper flow related to the employment;
• Building full cycle of HR processes from scratch (recruitment, onboarding, individual/team retention tools, training & development, strategies, etc.);
• Description of the company's business processes;
• Consult and support department heads and employees;
• Monitor employees satisfaction.
