Partial responsibility for Torchyn business in limited number of categories (soy sauces, dry seasonings and cooking aids).• Exploring and Developing new business growth opportunities in respective categories• Strategic Management: create 3+ year strategies for all categories and Mivina & Torchyn brands with the objectives of double digit organic growth and market share growth above the market• Managing and developing marketing team of 5 people• Successful cross functional collaboration across internal value chain (factories, supply chain, purchasing, sales, customer marketing, research, etc) as with external partners (ATL & BTL agencies)April 2017 – January 2019 NESTLE UKRAINEGroup Brand Manager Confectionary (Svitoch brand)• Turn around of Nestle Confectionary local business in UA represented by SVITOCH brand in 3 categories (tablets, boxes, sharing sweets (bulk sweets) that experienced strong market share decline• Repositioning of Svitoch brand, reconsidering Brand Equity, Target Consumer portrait and tensions, and changing category strategy accordingly to meet company market share development and performance expectations• Improvement of category P&L top line and bottom line to meet company profitability targets (change of portfolio mix from non profitable to profitable categories domination) • Creation of engaging brand experience for Consumers (from brand essence and big idea development to integrated marketing plan implementation)• Leading Svitoch marketing team (3 direct reports)Achievements:• After 2 years of hard team work on brand repositioning Svitoch was totally relaunched, brand image was changed and in portfolio mix strategic focus was shifted to the most promissing category – tables (and dark chocolate within tables). New range of Svitoch dark chocolate „Exclusive” was successfully launched to the market and generated total Svitoch value growth + 12% in 2018 and +1,2 pp bottom line growth. In Q1’19 Svitoch tablets value growth was +24% that was totally in line with tasks I had to fullfill taking over Svitoch Group BM position.
