Sprint planning / Backlog / PBR:

I do believe that sprint planning and backlog management is a key moment for successful product development. Major instruments, on which I never spare time, are sprint planning meetings with devs and stakeholders, product backlog refinement, retrospectives. Healthy process inside team and outer communication are best ways to optimize expenses and maximize delivery.

Team leading and management:

Managing teams of developers, QA, devops and marketing / sales / support departments.Developing their KPIs, monthly and yearly goals, motivation and promotion plans. Hiring teams and forming departments from scratch with all needed services and facilities (offline, online). Arrange processes, organizational structure, inner and outer communications.

Analytics:

Form main metrics of product (MRR, LTV, Churn rate, ARPU, CAC, ltv / cac ratio) and keep them always up to date. Design step-by-step plans to achieve goals of company`s business model and financial plan. Provide cohort analysis of clients by ROAS, retention, activation indicators. Implementation and configuration of analytical services for collecting and analyzing data(amplitude, hotjar, google analytics, etc.). Combining services into one working mechanism.Weekly updates of dashboards for owners and investors. I also have experience of developing report systems for different departments.

Custdev / Clients research:

Conducting user research in order to find insights, product development vectors, new ways to attract and retain customers, develop new features. The researches were carried out using the in-depth interview method, collecting analytics, and third-party services. I processed research results, grouped respondents into persons, design data visualization, transformed conclusions and insights into workflows, tasks and experiments. Manage and control of their implementation. Create a stakeholder map for both internal and external users. Finding ways to improve their user experience. Create client’s personas and JBTD matrix.

Experiments running:

Form hypotheses, description of the scheme and methods of experiments, expected results. Backlog and prioritize experiments (ICE/RICE/ITE). Conducting experiments on my own or with a team (dev, sales, support, PR, lead generation). Tracking the results of experiments and putting forward new hypotheses based on them. My main goal, in this field, is forming an experimental based approach in team`s routine.

Workflows automation:

Developed from scratch and implement automations aimed to optimize the speed, convenience and efficiency of work of different departments, for example: automatic data transmission, assignment of tasks for a lead in CRM, alerts to a sales manager about unprocessedle ads, linking data from various systems, etc.

Automating marketing/sales funnels:

Design and creating funnels of lead generation from scratch. Ongoing optimization of its parameters and efficiency. Auto funnels have been built with using: webinars, lead-magnets, popups, email & messengers sending, quizzes, SMM and other instruments. These funnels are fully automated from ads running till calling leads via AI voice robot.

Features and services implementation:

Based on user researches and analytics developed from scratch new services, which company is able to up-sale for existing and new clients to increase ARPU. Design tech documents, roadmaps for dev team of new features and manage its execution.
