Requirements:
- Experience in an accountant role, particularly in servicing individual entrepreneurs in Poland;
- Knowledge of tax and social legislation in Poland;
- Proficiency in using accounting software.
Responsibilities:
- Accounting Support for Individual Entrepreneurs (IEs);
- Entry of accounting documents into the accounting system and their proper allocation (sales and expense invoices, bills);
- Recording income and expenses in compliance with tax regulations;
- Registering financial transactions and managing documentation;
- Preparation and timely submission of tax returns (PIT, VAT, ZUS);
- Calculating and monitoring tax liabilities and ZUS contributions for individual entrepreneurs;
- Informing clients of payment deadlines and tax amounts;
- Expense Control and Financial Analysis;
- Monitoring expenses and conducting financial analysis for IE clients to optimize tax obligations;
- Preparing financial reports and analyses for business owners;
- Advisory Support and Consultations;
- Providing consultations on tax law and social security;
- Assisting clients with entrepreneurial matters, explaining tax regulations, and optimizing tax strategies;
- Coordinating with tax authorities, ZUS, and other institutions on matters of clarifications and audits;
