Junior Account Specialist

LLC Huawei Ukraine is looking for Junior Account Specialist to join our business:
Job responsibilities:
- Build medium- and junior-level key customer relationships and be able to tolerate fault tolerance;
- Understand customers' business and network requirements and correctly convey Huawei's solution value proposition;
- Act as a core member/PD of the project team, take the lead in project operations, and achieve project objectives;
- Participate in project negotiation, assist in project transaction and operation activities such as contract clause improvement, dispute resolution, etc.
Service skill requirements:
- Customer relationship building (execution, transfer, and simple response to customers);
- Customer requirement understanding and guidance (Know basic knowledge of the ICT industry and be able to understand customer requirements);
- Project operation (participate in program operation and learn project operation methods in practice);
- Transaction management (assist in project negotiation and understand the basic knowledge and methods of project negotiation);
