LLC Huawei Ukraine is looking for Account Manager to join our business:
Job responsibility description:
- Build relationships with key decision-makers to influence project decisions in your favor.
- Understand customers' businesses, networks and service pain points. Guide them in raising requirements and exploring opportunities to expand the market space.
- Take the lead in project negotiation, transaction model design, dispute resolution and risk management in complex scenarios.
- Act as the project PD or core team member, take the lead in project operations, and achieve project objectives to win key projects.
- Gain insight into customers' strategies, identify areas of strategic alignment, develop strategic plans and achieve strategic cooperation.
Required business skills:
- Customer relationship development (including execution, communication and responding to customer needs).
- Understanding and guiding customer needs (demonstrating a basic knowledge of the ICT industry and understanding customer needs).
- Project operations: participating in programmer operations and learning project operation methods in practice.
- Transaction Management: Assisting in project negotiation and understanding the basic knowledge and methods of project negotiation.
Required professional knowledge:
- Product knowledge (IT, communications, etc.).
- Sales process.
