TrackEnsure is a product-based IT company. We develop modern software for logistics companies in Canada and the USA. Our web and mobile applications help thousands of drivers efficiently manage the transportation process: track routes, read data from onboard computers, and generate detailed trip reports.
What you will do:
- Providing telephone support to company customers on issues related to the mobile application and system (which helps organize and record their working hours in accordance with established rules).
- Consulting customers via email, analyzing requests, providing detailed instructions on how to use the application and system functions, and resolving individual situations.
- Working with the company’s internal systems to verify customer account information, analyze user actions in the application, and provide recommendations for correct record keeping.
- Work schedule: 4 days a week, from 23:30 — 7:30. 5 days a week, 15:00—23:30 4 days a week, 23:30 — 7:30 + 7:00-15:00
