We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead growth efforts, streamline operations, and drive strategic success.
Position Overview:
As a Marketing Manager, you will craft and implement marketing strategies to fuel business growth. Your role will involve overseeing all marketing aspects, including social media, branding, traffic generation, and influencer collaborations, with a focus on the US and European markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Traffic & Sales Generation: Lead paid media efforts (Meta, Google Ads, SEO), create Shopify landing pages and creatives.
- Affiliate Marketing: Develop and execute strategies to boost affiliate-driven sales.
- Social Media Management: Expand and enhance brand presence across Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Content Creation: Partner with influencers and creators to develop engaging content that reflects brand values.
- Process Optimization: Streamline marketing workflows for scalability and efficiency.
- Market Analysis: Stay on top of trends, competitors, and consumer behavior to adjust strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales and Product teams to align on objectives.
- Performance Monitoring: Analyze campaign results and make data-driven improvements.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to digital marketing best practices and industry standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an E-commerce Marketing Manager.
- Success in growing marketing operations in US or EU markets.
- Expertise in traffic generation (Meta, Pinterest, Email).
- Experience in affiliate and influencer marketing.
- Familiarity with Shopify and social media platforms.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
