Marketing Assistant

We have an exciting new role for the appointment of a Marketing Assistant (Junior).

Purpose
To support the digital marketing team in executing effective online and offline marketing strategies. The Junior Assistant will contribute to various aspects of traditional and digital marketing, including, events organization, social media management, assisting with content and design creation, email marketing, setup of webinars and podcasts and monitoring of marketing department workflows on Trello. The role involves assisting in the development, implementation, and monitoring of digital marketing campaigns to drive online visibility, engagement, and conversions.
The marketing assistant coordinates the execution of marketing projects from intake through to completion of the project. He/She creates the work breakdown, assigns tasks to the various resources involved, directs and monitors the flow of information and material between the various participants. 

Responsibilities
Collaborate with the marketing team for the timely delivery of projects and campaigns.
Act as traffic coordinator, supervising the intake and delivery process for routine requests such as minor website content updates, emails, etc.
Ensure the up-to-date marketing materials including imagery, videos, case studies, white papers, news and other relevant materials are available on the website.
Monitor work schedules to ensure that requests are handled within agreed timelines, liaise with the team and agencies to monitor progress and check quality.
Maintain all project and request information up to date in the project management software Trello.
Have an understanding of corporate brand model, brand guidelines, vision and culture.
Regularly report of progress against KPIs and goals
Liaise with brand agency, external web developers, CMS Account manager and the CMS support team to deliver projects on time.
Assist with the preparation of email shots, email campaigns
Assistance with the design of marketing collateral
Assist with event set up, booking including travel and co-ordination of event.
Implementation of social media strategy and scheduling posts
Development of internal and external social media channels (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Google my business and WorkVivo)
Webinar / podcasts scheduling
Responsibility for ordering of Marketing collateral including flyers, pull up banners, merchandise, etc.

Qualification and Experience
Business, Marketing, Digital Marketing
Experience
Experience coordinating execution of marketing projects using project management software.
Basic understanding of social media and email marketing
Experience with maintaining CMS
Working with Marketing & Design teams and adhering to a defined brand and content standards and guidelines
Documenting

Skills, Knowledge, and Qualities
Experience in using social media channels
Basic design skills
Excellent writing skills
Practical experience using Microsoft office packages
Some knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop), but not a must
IT literate with the ability to quickly master software
Familiarity with Teams
English, Ukrainian is a must
