Regional product marketing manager

Requirements:

• University degree in  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Sales, or related fields.
• At least 3 years in marketing or sales fields
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including CRM systems, email marketing systems, marketing automation, and analytical software.
• B2 English.

Main responsibilities:

• Develop and execute product marketing strategies to drive growth and increase sales on specific markets
• Manage the marketing budget for dedicated markets.
• Work with the product and sales teams to identify customer needs and develop messaging and collateral to communicate the product effectively.
• Collaborate with brand marketing, PR and customer success teams to execute marketing campaigns or other related activities.
• Preparation of marketing campaigns for product distribution (routes of regular flights, additional services) for dedicated markets
• Develop and execute marketing activities for B2B, including trade shows and event participation to increase brand awareness and drive leads.
• Prepare and conduct presentations, seminars, proposals and RFP responses; organizes client events
• Monitoring of launched activities in the product marketing campaigns (digital, SMM, etc.)
• Coordinate with the creative team to develop compelling visuals and design elements for marketing campaigns, providing creative briefs that effectively convey the desired message and brand image.
•  Identify and evaluate new marketing opportunities and channels to increase customer acquisition and retention.
• Conduct marketing analysis
• Study of global trends in product distribution, including various market segments and proposals for new activities respectively
• Preparation of the plan from the marketing budget of airports and tourist boards, participation in negotiations with the marketing departments of airports, tour boards, approval of the plan, launch of campaigns, control and preparation of reports on campaigns
• Preparation of a monthly report on promotional campaigns, analysis of conducted campaigns and proposals for improving their effectiveness
