Coworking Platforma is a leading coworking space provider in Kyiv, offering modern workspaces for freelancers, startups, and small businesses. We are currently looking for a Junior Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team and help us promote our coworking spaces and services.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our coworking spaces
- Create and manage social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and attract new clients
- Assist in organizing events and workshops to engage with our community
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and drive conversions
- Analyze marketing data and metrics to track performance and optimize campaigns
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- English B1+
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing or a related field
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
