For an incredible iGaming company, we are looking for a great Affiliate Manager to join our Affiliate team.
Magnetics is a Ukrainian product marketing agency specialising in UX-UI, front-end, market research, product marketing, media advertising and affiliate marketing.
The company was founded in 2014.
Requirements:
- At least 3+ year of experience in affiliate marketing.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate with partners at different levels.
- Analytical thinking and ability to effectively use analytics for decision-making.
- Knowledge of SEO basics and traffic acquisition strategies.
- Budget and cost management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to changes in the industry.
Responsibilities:
?Attracting new partners to develop the existing affiliate programme.
?Analyse SEO sites to determine the most profitable positions and traffic acquisition strategies.
?Day-to-day communication with affiliates to discuss existing and create future campaigns.
?Analyse campaign performance and take action to maximise affiliate performance.
?Manage the affiliate budget, including commissions and budgeted expenses.
?Manage the process of creating the necessary creative materials (banners, landing pages, etc.).
?Optimising costs to achieve maximum impact within the affiliate programme.
