Office Technical Support & Operations Specialist
About the position
We are seeking a reliable, proactive Office Technical Support specialist to ensure the smooth technical and operational functioning of our office environment. This role is the central point for both IT administration and office infrastructure.
Your area of responsibility
IT & Asset Management: Maintain hardware/asset inventory; administer internal IT systems, user accounts, and provide technical support for internal tools.
Technical Setup: Configure laptops (OS/software) and ensure full technical support for onboarding and offboarding processes (access & equipment).
Office Resilience: Ensure uninterrupted operation of office equipment and generator maintenance (operation, fueling, and coordinating repairs).
Infrastructure & Logistics: Coordinate office access (keys/passes), manage the replenishment of the suppliers and handle shipments of hardware and branded goods.
Corporate Support: Assist company management with administrative tasks, document flow, etc.
Skills and requirements
IT Background: Hands-on experience with hardware configuration and OS installation.
Technical Knowledge: Understanding of IT systems, security principles, VPN, and RDP.
Autonomy: High level of independence with a proactive mindset and a "problem-solving" orientation.
Integrity: Strong sense of responsibility, as the role involves access to sensitive IT systems.
- Logistics: Valid Category B driving license is required.
