Project Coordinator

Location: Poland, Ukraine
Type of employment: full-time, remote

Schedule:
 8 hours/day from 14 to 23 pm, Kyiv time

Now we are looking for a Project Coordinator to strengthen our team - an energetic and sociable person who has a technical educational or professional background, and is eager to build a career in project management.

Technologies that we use: SolidWorks, Mastercam, AutoCad, Office. 

Manufacturing processes: chemical etching, laser cutting, punching/stamping, sheet metal fabrication, machining, heat treating, mechanical assemblies.

Job to be done:

• Provide an accurate cost and time estimate based on customer’s requirements while considering companies’ and subcontractor’s capabilities

• Manage customers’ orders cycle in its entirety to successful completion

• Coordinate activities between different departments including sales, engineering support, production, and management resources

• Develop and maintain long term relationships with assigned accounts and provide excellent customer service

• Keep track of the due dates for customers’ orders and ensure the schedules are being adhered to

Our ideal candidate has the following skills and qualifications:

• Business level written and verbal communication skills

• English – upper-intermediate/B2 - C1

• Customer-oriented personality and a high sense of urgency

• Experience with B2B customers

• Strong organizational skills

• Project management skills to coordinate interdepartmental activities and lead people without formal authority

• Experienced in internal sales/up-sale/cross-sale tactics for an existing customer base

• Mechanical/design engineering degree is a plus

• Experience with ERP and CRM systems is a plus
