The Junior Affiliate Manager/Assistant to the Head of Traffic Partnerships will support the optimization of in-house products, launch new products, and analyze the performance of different campaigns to drive success and contribute to the company’s growth.

Your Role:

Offer Management: Assisting in the preparation of new and managing existing Flirting offers (experience with tools like Everflow, Cake, Voluum or others will be a plus); 

Product Launches: Preparing and reviewing tracking links, landing pages, and other assets to ensure the successful launch of new Flirting products worldwide; 

Performance Analysis: Assisting the Head of Traffic in optimizing both new and existing campaigns, and effectively communicating required improvements to partners;

Creative Updates: Design email campaigns and visuals (with tools like Canva) to keep partners informed about top-performing (or new) products, as well as new features in existing products; 

Affiliate Relationships: Maintain and develop existing partnerships to achieve goals with the leaders of affiliate marketing industry.

Do you recognize yourself?

Experience & Knowledge: 

• Familiarity with Excell and Google Sheets is a must. 

• Experience working with tracking systems like Everflow, Cake, Voluum, Redtrack, HasOffers/Tune is a big plus. 

• Preferably previous experience with visual editing tools. 

• Experience working with data analysis tools (such as Looker or Tableau) will be considered an advantage. 

• If you have no prior experience in affiliate marketing, a strong willingness to learn is a must. 

We will invest time in your training to strongly kick-off your career in the affiliate marketing industry. Previous experience in affiliate marketing is a strong plus. Familiarity with affiliate marketing principles (especially in the niche of Flirting products) is a plus;

Language Skills: Proficiency in English (at least B2 level); daily communication will be done in both English and Ukrainian;

Personal Skills: High sense of responsibility, attention to small details, creativity and problem-solving, logical thinking.

• Flexible schedule with fully remote work for a Dutch-based company (preferably 10:00–18:00 EET, Monday to Friday).
