We are currently on the lookout for a talented individual to join our team as an Affiliate Manager. As an Affiliate Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our partner program.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Creating proposals for cooperation and negotiate with partners
- Supporting partners effectively through the entire life cycle
- Be responsible for the retention and motivation of existing partners, which includes: developing unique offers for different segments, creating a loyalty system for the potential profitable partners
- Controlling the quality of posted materials from affiliates
- Working with data that you will collect from existing partners and use it to create a reporting system and design the strategy to improve all crucial indicators
- Identification and further development of the best partners
- Increasing the flow of customers to the product sites
- Building trustworthy communication with key partners daily
- Maintaining established KPI by the number of new clients
- Working with CRM to maintain all contacts
WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE
- If you have experience in affiliate marketing or working in the iGaming industry, it'll be a plus
- English level upper intermediate or higher
- Experience working with CRM systems
- You'll need the ability to analyze, and identify effective traffic funnels
- We are expecting you to put literate TT to developers and designers
- You'll have to be able to consider the effectiveness of the actions (KPI)
- We expect you to have strong organizational and time management skills
- Your soft skills, as well as negotiation skills, should be top-notch
