We are looking for a Billing Specialist to join our young and energetic team!
- Duties and responsibilities:
- Upload incoming e-mail documents to the software
- Generate invoices
- Upload invoices to client's digital systems.
- Address and solve customer questions and issues by phone and e-mail
- Close work with company drivers and dispatch team to ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
- Billing Specialist requirements and qualifications

- Good time-management skills
- Ability to solve problems quickly.
- English is written and communication skills.
- Basic understanding of office software and machinery
