CREATIVE COMMUNICATIONS LLC (Business Partner of USA Logistics Companies) is looking for Applicants for Back Office Manager position. We are ready to consider candidates without experience in Logistics but with a great desire to learn and master a new profession.
Requirements:
- Fluent English (Upper-intermediate)
- Basic PC and different applications knowledge
- Strong communication skills
- Responsibility and attention to details
- Good customer service
Your main tasks will be:
- Develop and maintain good relationships with clients;
- Looking for options on how to improve customer service for the clients;
- Prompt resolution of the related issues;
- Maintaining documentation
We offer:
- Working hours: from 15:00 till 00:00 from Monday till Friday;
- Official contract;
- Stable & legal income ($700 per month on probation); After 6 months, your income will be reviewed based on your learning achievement and results;
- Two weeks (10 working days) of vacation during the year;
