We are looking for a Сustomer Support Agent  to join our team!

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 years experience as a support agent in an international company (preferably in the FinTech industry: e-wallet, payment system/aggregator);
• English- B2 and higher;
• Excellent written and communication skills;
• Computer literacy (Google Docs, Excel);
• PC or laptop and stable internet connection;
• Desire to help people, solve problems and ability to find an individual approach;
• Be a fast learning, system person. Ability to find needed information in a short period of time.

Would be a plus:

• Experience with payment systems;
• Experience with financial fraud activity;
• Desire to help people, solve problems and ability to find an individual approach;
• Experience with ticket systems

Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for ensuring excellent customer experience by online chat, mail;
• Day and night shifts (2 per week);
• Troubleshooting customer issues;
• Collecting and processing customers feedback;
• Close cooperation with other teams;
• Delivering product features and updates to customers.
