Strategy Advisor/Deputy Head of Mission (NGO)

One of our partners is an International Development Agency, which offers solutions to address pressing global challenges such as climate change, urbanization, human mobility, peace and security, economic and social inequality, etc.
The agency's mission in Ukraine is to support social progress and strengthen cooperation with partners to improve people's lives. As well as Ukraine after-war recovery.
Now we are looking for a Strategy Advisor/Deputy Head of Mission - a person who will work closely with all parties - the head office, the staff of the office in Ukraine, ministries, local authorities and other partners.
In this role you will be responsible for:
Preparing and submitting regular reports to the Head office.
Monitoring deadlines and ensuring timely execution of projects.
Organizing visits of the head office staff to Ukraine.
Developing schedules and agendas for meetings.
Coordinating work between the headquarters and experts working in Ukraine to ensure efficient office operations.
Coordinating the work of the mission with ministries, local governments and other partners.
Staying informed about the current political situation in Ukraine and global news that may impact the organization’s activities.
Requirements:
Experience working in a non-profit organization or public sector (as a project manager, personal assistant, strategy advisor, or in ministries/embassies).
Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
Ability to organize meetings and coordinate communication between various parties.
Understanding of the political landscape in Ukraine and beyond.
Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
