Our client is looking for a Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Our client is a mission-driven organization in the field of children’s and adolescents’ mental health, entering a phase of institutional growth and operational scaling.
The COO will build and lead a sustainable operational system, support strategy execution, and oversee the launch and management of a physical center.
Key focus areas:
Designing and implementing an effective operating model
Structuring processes, roles, and accountability
Leading operational and administrative teams
Managing offline space operations (infrastructure, vendors, safety)
Operational control, risk management, and reporting to CEO and Board
Requirements:
Senior operational leadership experience (COO or equivalent)
Experience scaling operations in growing organizations
Hands-on experience with offline/physical projects
Strong people management skills
Fluent English; NGO or international experience is a plus
