Who we are
SkyHarvest USA LLC is an American distribution company (food products, juices, snacks, honey, tea).
We have 1,900+ active stores in Florida and are growing rapidly.
We are looking for a strong HR person who will fully take over the process of hiring sales representatives in the US.
Responsibilities
- Processing incoming applications (Indeed, Telegram, Facebook)
- Conduct a short screening of candidates (3–5 minutes)
- Appointment “Assessment Day” (online tour)
- Verification of candidates' performance of test tasks
- Daily communication with candidates
- Managing recruitment CRM
- Closing vacancies within clear deadlines
- Reporting to the manager (USA)
What to expect
? Experience in HR/recruiting (1+ year)
? Ability to work with a large flow of candidates
? Discipline and speed of response
? Confidence in communication
? Ability to screen out "weak" candidates
? Ability to work with a script
? English level Intermediate
? Spanish is a big plus
Working conditions
- Remote work (Ukraine)
- Full-time
- Pay: from $700 to $1,200/month + bonuses for closed vacancies
