We are looking for a Business Analyst with experience in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central to join our team. This role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, analysis of processes, and implementation of ERP solutions.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and document business requirements
- Gather and formalize functional requirements
- Configure and support Microsoft Dynamics Business Central
- Participate in ERP implementation projects
- Communicate with stakeholders and end users
- Prepare documentation (BRD, SRS, user stories)
- Participate in testing and go-live activities
- Provide post-release support
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central (or NAV)
- Understanding of business processes (finance, supply chain, sales, procurement)
- Experience in writing business and technical documentation
- Experience in ERP implementations
- Strong communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience with AL development or understanding of BC customization
- Experience with system integrations
- Microsoft Dynamics certifications
