We invite you to take the position of Head of Business Intelligence

Qualifications: 

• Higher education (in economics, finance, mathematics, IT, or related fields)
• 5+ years of experience in business analytics, data analytics, or data management, including at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Experience in building and developing BI functions (data warehouse, data marts, reporting, dashboarding)
• Experience in automating regular management and analytical reporting
• Hands-on experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar), SQL, and databases
• Strong knowledge of SQL, database design principles, data marts, and data integration logic from multiple sources
• Understanding of data governance, data quality, data lineage, and data integrity control principles
• Understanding of banking processes and financial reporting will be an advantage
• Strong analytical skills, systems thinking, and attention to detail
• Well-developed communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with business units and IT teams
• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher

Key Responsibilities:

• Development and management of the Business Intelligence function in the Bank
• Organization of processes for data collection, structuring, consolidation, and analysis from various sources
• Automation of regular management, financial, and operational reporting
• Development, improvement, and maintenance of dashboards, reports, and analytical models for management and business units
• Ensuring unified approaches to data governance, data quality, and reporting standards
• Establishment and maintenance of a transparent system of KPIs, metrics, and analytical indicators
• Analysis of business unit needs and development of BI solutions to support management decision-making
• Optimization and standardization of data processing and analytics preparation processes
• Collaboration with IT, finance, and other business units on implementing new data sources, models, and analytics tools
• Control of the quality, completeness, and timeliness of analytical information delivery
• Supporting the development of a data-driven decision-making culture in the Bank
