We are seeking a Lead of Sales Department for our client, a fast-growing company in the dietary supplements industry. The company operates in Africa, Asia, and South America, offering health-focused products.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and optimize the sales department’s structure and processes for maximum efficiency.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals.
- Monitor and manage KPIs for the team and individual members.
- Create, test, and refine sales scripts for international markets.
- Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure professional growth and high performance.
- Design and implement motivational programs for the team.
- Ensure high-quality customer service and adherence to communication standards.
- Analyze sales data and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
- Conduct regular team meetings to review progress and set future goals.
- Recruit and onboard new team members as needed.
- Optimize CRM systems to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments to align sales processes and strategies.
- Scale sales operations into new markets and oversee market entry.
Who We’re Looking ForExperience:
- Minimum 5 years in managing sales operations.
- Proven track record in building and optimizing sales processes.
- Experience working with international teams is required.
Skills:
- Expertise in CRM systems (setup, optimization, monitoring).
- Success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and grow team members.
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Sheets and Power BI.
- Understanding of B2C sales strategies for international markets.
- Knowledge of call center operations is a plus.
Languages:
- English: Fluency (work involves communication across multiple countries).
- French: A strong advantage.
