Ektimisi is recruiting field data collectors for short-term research and evaluation tasks throughout Ukraine. Field data collectors will conduct structured interviews and surveys with project participants — by phone or during face-to-face meetings in designated areas. They must ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and adherence to ethical principles in the data collection process.
Main responsibilities:
- Conduct interviews and fill out questionnaires accurately and in a timely manner.
- Adhere to approved tools, instructions, and sampling plans.
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with ethical standards.
- Agree on the schedule and progress of work with the manager.
- Report difficulties or inaccuracies immediately.
Qualification requirements:
- Experience in data collection, interviewing, or social research is preferred.
- Ability to use digital data collection tools (e.g. Kobo, Google Forms).
- Good communication skills.
- Responsibility, attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of Word and Excel.
- Fluency in Ukrainian; Knowledge of Russian or English will be an advantage.
Working conditions:
- Short-term work with payment for completed tasks (part-time).
- Payment is made for each interview reviewed and approved according to Ektimisi's standard rates.
