Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and self-motivated Business Tracker to join our team at Mr. Glazier, a leading commercial and residential glass, windows, and doors company based in New York City. As a Business Tracker, you will play a pivotal role in monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on various aspects of our business performance and key metrics. Your keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and ability to communicate complex information effectively will be essential in providing valuable insights that shape our strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:

As a Business Tracker, you will be responsible for:

• Gathering, compiling, and analyzing data from various sources to track and evaluate KPIs, business metrics, and operational trends.
• Developing and maintaining dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to present accurate and relevant information to stakeholders.
• Monitoring business processes, identifying areas of improvement, and recommending solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Conducting in-depth analyses of market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify potential risks and opportunities for the business.
• Providing regular reports, summaries, and presentations on business performance, highlighting key insights and actionable recommendations.
• Performing ad-hoc analysis and data mining tasks to support strategic initiatives and answer specific business questions.
• Monitor calls and assess the quality of customer service provided by the team, providing feedback and coaching when necessary to maintain a high standard of service.
• Track and monitor other employees' activities in Time Doctor by reviewing screencasts and analyzing their work performance; assess the effectiveness of employees' workflows and identify areas for improvement to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  
  Requirements:
  
  To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
• Ability to work night shifts (15:00-01:00 Kyiv time).
• Proven experience in business analysis, data tracking, or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced business environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and interpret complex data sets.
• Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar software.
• Advanced Excel skills, including data manipulation, formulas, and pivot tables.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
