Our client, a Ukrainian group of companies operating in Ukraine and EU countries, invites an experienced Middle Business Process Manager to join the team.
The main tasks of this role:
- Participation in the business processes digitalization of the group of companie and affiliated business units.
- Support of the implemented digitized business processes.
- Preparation of the user guides, process descriptions and requirements specification.
What experience we are looking for:
- A bachelor's or master degree in business management, IT.
- Business analysis skills.
- Rich experience BPMN & UML diagrams.
- User’s support in the information systems.
- Ukrainian or Russian native speaker. English A2 and above.
Nice to have:
- Experience with Jira administration and automation.
- Experience with SQL and BI systems.
- Project management experience.
