Qualifications that will enable your success:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of hands-on development experience with .NET (ASP.NET Core, .NET Framework) and React.js.
- At least 2 years of experience in a leadership or tech lead role.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Experience with TypeScript, Azure services (Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Blob Storage, Azure SQL, Azure Cosmos DB), and Azure Cloud Services.
- Proficiency in both SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English (C1 level or higher).
- Ability to simplify complex technical problems and drive the team towards solutions.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.

Your role:
- Lead a team of developers in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable software solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
- Drive architectural and design decisions for both Backend (including .NET) and Frontend (React.js) components.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration.
- Troubleshoot complex issues and provide innovative solutions.
- Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate best practices into the development process.
