Senior React Native Developer

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior React Native Developer to join our dynamic team.

React Native Expertise:

• 4+ years of professional experience with React Native.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, ES6+, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript libraries/frameworks.
• In-depth understanding of React Native architecture, components, and API integration.

Mobile Development:

• 6+ years of experience in mobile app development.
• A solid understanding of mobile UI/UX principles, performance optimization, and design patterns is essential.
• Strong knowledge of iOS and Android UI patterns, with experience in native UI frameworks.
• Familiarity with Expo for React Native development and deployment.
• Experience with native mobile development for iOS (Swift, Objective-C) or Android (Kotlin, Java) is a plus.

State Management:

• Proficiency in state management libraries such as Redux, MobX, or React Context API.

Backend Integration:

• Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and integrating third-party libraries.
• Familiarity with backend services and cloud providers like AWS, Firebase, or Azure.

Testing and Debugging:

• Experience with testing frameworks like Jest and Enzyme, as well as end-to-end testing.
• Proficiency in debugging and optimizing React Native applications for performance.

Version Control and CI/CD:

• Strong experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Familiarity with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

Deployment:

• Proven experience with app deployment to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
• Understanding of the app release process, versioning, and over-the-air (OTA) updates.

Soft Skills:

Problem-Solving:

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on troubleshooting and code optimization.
• Ability to propose technical solutions and guide teams through complex challenges.

Communication:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to clearly articulate ideas, explain technical concepts, and provide constructive feedback.
• English level: upper intermediate and above.

Team Collaboration:

• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Ability to mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Adaptability:

• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to a fast-paced development environment.
• Willingness to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Education and Experience:

Degree:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Portfolio/Projects:

• Proven track record with a portfolio of React Native applications available on the App Store/Play Store.
• Strong understanding of the complete mobile development lifecycle.

The interview consists of 4 stages: introductory interview, performance of the technical task, technical interview, interview with the client.
