Product Analyst/Product Support Specialist
Samsung Electronics Ukraine is opening a vacancy of Product Analyst/Product Support Specialist (internally - Product Marketing Support Specialist) in Kyiv.
Main Role Responsibilities:
- Sales data tracking, analysis and reporting
- Market, competition and product related data analysis and reporting
- Processing of sales deductions, invoice corrections thru internal systems
- National promo validation thru internal systems, communication with sales team and admin team
- Biz investments tracking, analysis and reporting
- Interaction with sales team and financial team, proactively resolving raising issues
- Supporting business team management with biz analytics requests
What we need for this role
To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes:
- English B2 is a must
- MS Excel proficiency, ability to work with big data, basic analytic skills
- Experience in working with e-tools, ERP, SAP
- Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to multitask and set priorities within tight timelines
- Fluent in English, Ukrainian
- Accuracy for details, focused, team player and eager to develop yourself
- Marketing/Finance Bachelor degree or equivalent

- The ability to stop, review, measure and document challenges/opportunities and bring them to the attention of the relevant stakeholders for support and resolution
