About the Role: We are looking for a motivated and proactive Logistics Sales Manager to join our team in Kyiv and develop customers' pool. 

Key Responsibilities:

• searching and attracting new customers using load boards and company tools; 
• selling logistics services (drayage, warehousing, etc.); 
• assigning drivers or providing other assistance for customer needs; 
• managing all the paperwork and communication with customers; 

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in logistics in US based company (dispatcher/ broker or other positions related to direct communication with customers); 
• excellent communication and negotiation skills; 
• excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (B2+ level). 
• attention to details and high level of responsibility; 
• experience in sales or lead generation would be a plus.
