We are seeking a highly organized person to join our company as a System Administrator.
- Office format of work for talents from Kyiv
Requirements:
- Upper-Intermediate level of English is a must
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field will be a plus
- Excellent understanding of computer hardware
- Ability to quickly learn new or unfamiliar technologies and products
- Experience with IT ticketing tools
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good verbal and written communication skills
Nice to have:
- Experience with G Suite
- Service desk (GLPI) experience
Responsibilities:
- First-line support for IT-related issues and troubleshooting hardware and software problems.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access to IT resources.
- Ensure all IT systems comply with security policies.
- Track and manage IT assets, including hardware and software inventory.
- Create documentation and guides for employees.
