What will you do:

• Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including cloud environment, hardware, software, and networks
• Provide remote technical support to employees and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Create, administer and update user accounts’ settings, policies, licenses in MS365 services
• Participate in the implementation of new software products
• Submit requests for obtaining licenses for various programs (Autodesk Revit, Bluebeam, Revizto, Elumtools, SKM, Dialux, Tekla, and other) for users
• Install, configure, and update software and hardware as needed
• Monitor network performance and security, and implement measures to ensure data protection
• Manage user accounts and permissions, and ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement IT solutions to improve efficiency and productivity
• Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies, and make recommendations for upgrades and improvements

What we expect:

• 3+ years of experience in IT administration or a related field
• Good (minimum B1 and higher) written and verbal English skills 
• Fast learning is a must
• Strong experience with Windows 10/11 operating systems as a system administrator is a must
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills is a must
• Strong experience with remote user support (100+ users) is a must
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• ITSM or Help Desk systems experience would be a plus
• Basic experience with administering MS365 services – Admin portal, Exchange, SharePoint, Security, Entra ID
• Basic MS365 licensing understanding
• Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V would be a plus
• Experience with cloud computing services such as AWS or Azure would be a plus
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) or related courses would be a plus
