Business Development Manager (Product)

About the Role:
As a Business Development Manager for Product you'll be at the forefront of building relationships with new customers and existing key project stakeholders. You will identify and qualify opportunities, get products specified, and ensure a strong project pipeline. You'll be involved into marketing strategy design and implementation, working close with co-founders.
Responsibilities:
- Prospects for new clients and opens new sales territories by networking, LinkedIn and other sources of cold outreach, obtaining referrals from clients, prospects and networking within industry related associations;
- Takes the sales efforts from the realm of possibility to opportunity and through closing of contracts. Presenting you vision and strategy, often times in front of multiple decision makers;
- Creating effective proposals, business letters and other forms of correspondence to both prospects and clients.
- Research and target potential projects and clients in the USA market.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project hand-offs.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and ensure data integrity within the CRM system.
- Stay informed about industry trends and contribute to marketing initiatives.
What we expect:
- Experience of using AI in sales;
- At least a year of experience managing client relationships;
- C1 English writing / speaking level;
- Excellent communication and client service skills;
- Ability to perform as part of a team;
- Be a team player — offering support and assistance;
- Flexible, positive, and always ‘can do’ attitude;
- Ownership and decision making skills;
- Ability to lead and adjust the sales direction.
Will be a plus:
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience in software related field sales;
- Desire to learn and develop in the fast-paced work environment;
- USA "B-1" or "B-2" Visa;
- Experience in building marketing and sales strategy;
- Experience with sales in any LMS-related domain.
- Any of the following Spanish / German / French / Turkish / Arabic language at basic level
