We’re looking for an Operations Manager who can bring structure, control, and consistency to daily operations. You’ll be responsible for organizing the work of multiple teams and making sure everything runs smoothly - without constant supervision.
This is a hands-on role for someone who knows how to manage people, processes, and priorities in a fast-moving environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate and manage daily operations across multiple teams
- Work closely with Operations Executive to ensure tasks are executed properly
- Organize workflows and maintain structure across departments
- Manage and support teams of 50+ employees
- Monitor team performance and ensure tasks are completed on time
- Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements
- Keep communication clear, fast, and productive across teams
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Experience managing large teams (50+ people)
- Ability to stay on top of multiple processes at once
- Logistics or US trucking experience is a strong advantage
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented
Schedule:
- Monday — Friday I 16:00-01:00 (Kyiv time) I 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (CST)
